Seeking qualified applicants for the position of Executive Directorfor Virginia NAACP (headquartered in Richmond). Position is full time, salaried, with health benefits. Some evenings, weekends and travel required. Ideal applicant will have experience in the following areas: nonprofit administration, fundraising and development, event planning, and resource management. Must have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment; possess strong communication skills; possess working knowledge of basic office software and office equipment; and demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills.
